Maintenance Planner – Scheduler – Work Coordinator (PSWC)
The primary role of the PSWC is to improve work force productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of labor, parts and material, tools and equipment, required permits, specialized documentation and equipment access.
The PSWC is responsible for the planning and scheduling of all non-emergency maintenance work performed in the area to which he/she is assigned. He/she maintains coordination between the various maintenance groups and Facility Managers

PDM Technician – MD & MT
Maintenance Strategies Inc. is a leading professional services and software company focused on establishing Condition Based Maintenance programs and enhancing advanced asset management practices. The position will be responsible for (a) collecting diagnostic data, or defining diagnostic data to be collected and (b) analyzing, or training customers to analyze, the diagnostic data. Applicable technology experience could include: Vibration Analysis, Infrared Thermography, Oil Analysis, Ultrasonic Testing/Leak Detection or Electric System/Motor diagnostics.
Requirements include excellent communication skills, an understanding of maintenance processes, and a customer-oriented and flexible attitude. High level of abstractive capacity and good verbal and written skills are prized.
Positions located in Bethesda, Maryland & Hamilton, Montana.
Mechanical / Electrical Personnel – MD
